• Email Content: When you use the Gamancloud Chrome Extension to share an email from your Gmail account, we collect the email's subject, sender, and the full body (including HTML content). This data is collected only when you explicitly initiate the sharing action.
• Passwords for Protected Emails: If you choose to password-protect a shared email, we collect the password you provide. This password is then hashed before storage.

1.2. Information Collected Automatically (via Google OAuth)

When you authenticate with your Google account to use the Gamancloud Chrome Extension, we receive certain information from Google:

• Personally Identifiable Information (PII): Your Google email address, full name, and profile picture URL. This information is used to identify you, personalize your experience (e.g., display your name in the dashboard), and associate shared emails with your account.
• Google User ID: A unique identifier provided by Google for your account. This is used to link your shared emails to your specific user profile in our database.

1.3. Usage Data

• Email View Counts: We track and store the number of times each shared email link is accessed. This data helps you monitor the engagement with your shared content.
• Temporary Session Data: When you successfully enter a password for a protected email, the plaintext password is temporarily stored in your browser's session for verification purposes. This is not persistently stored on our servers in plaintext.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Gamancloud service, including generating and managing secure, shareable links for your emails.
• To enable password protection for your shared emails.
• To display your shared emails and associated statistics (like view counts) on your personal dashboard.
• To personalize your user experience (e.g., displaying your name and profile picture).
• To improve our services and develop new features.
• To ensure the security and integrity of our platform.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information or email content to outside parties, except as described below:

• With Your Consent: We may share your information if you give us explicit consent to do so.
• Service Providers: We use Firebase Firestore for database storage. Your collected data, including email content and user information, is stored securely within Firebase. Firebase operates under its own privacy policy, which you can review on their website.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency).
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• Aggregated or Anonymized Data: We may share aggregated or anonymized data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore. We implement reasonable security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

• Access: You can access your shared emails and associated data through your Gamancloud dashboard.
• Correction: If you believe any information we hold about you is inaccurate, please contact us to request corrections.
• Deletion: You can delete shared emails from your dashboard. Deleting an email will remove its subject, sender, body, and associated view counts from our database.
• Objection/Restriction: You may have the right to object to or request restriction of certain processing activities.
